REGISTRATION FEES
Meeting Registration: Registration includes all program sessions (breakfasts, general sessions, exhibit hall breaks, dry eye wet lab and piano recital concert wine reception).
Early-bird/Pre-registration Discount: Applied automatically based on the registration deadlines.
Registration Refunds: Requests for refunds must be submitted writing to events@ivistameded.com by 8/11/22; a service fee of $100 for physicians and corporate and $50 for all other categories will apply. Requests received after this date will be ineligible for refunds.
Register Early: Register by 6/30/22 and receive a copy of Dry Eye – The Cause, The Cure
