DON’T BE LEFT IN THE DARK ABOUT DRY EYE DISEASE!

The Music City Dry Eye Symposium (MCDES) will focus on one largely overlooked aspect of eye care:  the role of the biofilm in dry eye disease (DED).  Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with experts and leaders in the field of dry eye.

The meeting will bring together subject matter experts among ophthalmologists and optometrists to educate fellow eye doctors about the recently discovered cause of dry eye.  The symposium will discuss how elimination of biofilm can profoundly impact the severity and chronicity of blepharitis and subsequent dry eye.
